Ingredients

  • 50g coconut oil (melted)

  • 43g sugar

  • 70g brown sugar

  • 30g non-diary milk (almond, oat, coconut, soy)

  • 103g flour

  • 1g baking soda

  • 2g salt

  • 1g cinnamon powder

  • 50g chopped chocolate chip

Method

  • Mix the dry ingredients

  • Mix wet ingredients

  • Mix wet and dry ingredients

  • Bake 15 minutes at 170 degrees

  • Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
