Join Conspiracy Chocolate for a hands-on and chocolatey event!
The workshop will introduce you the the wonderful world of cacao, it's origin, characteristics and the process at the farm. We will then introduce the bean-to-bar process and jump right into the making of the chocolate bars from cracking the beans to understanding the complexities of tempering. You will be handling the beans, moulding your bars and adding your toppings. You will go home with 4 bars of chocolate and the knowledge to start playing around with making your own chocolate!
Includes the workshop + 4 chocolate bars of 50g
