Yardley Brothers Craft Brewery owner and chief ideas guy Luke Yardley is dedicated to pushing the craft beer industry forward. Since opening his New Territories-based craft brewery in 2016, Luke and the Yardley Brothers team have become regarded as Hong Kong’s most creative craft brewery, constantly experimenting with new and exciting flavors and playing with herbs, mixed cultures, fungus, and whatever they can get their hands on to make the most interesting, unique beer possible.
