About the event
Combining the skills learned in his rich career: The unique pairing of mixology’s creativity with a sommelier fine palate, In this event Drew will be letting you in on his craft, with an interactive demonstration of a range of cocktails rooted in our favorite ingredient: Chocolate.
Drew is known for his tasteful creativity and storytelling. This workshop on mastering flavour and aromas will be a rare insight into the way he envisions, structures, and fine-tunes a beverage.
About the expert
After completing wine judging academy in South Africa Drew attended culinary school in Poughkeepsie New York whilst completing his WSET and CMS advanced course. Drew then worked his way up from junior somm in Disney to Cellar Master and later doing private jobs in Monaco as a wine expert.
In 2016 Drew set up and opened Jboroski as its first ever G.M under the guidance of Joseph Boroski and then went on to be beverage manager of Simon Rogan’s Roganic which is the only restaurant in HK to be awarded Michelin start and green Star. Today, Drew is the head Mixologist for Hyatt Group.
