The Black Sesame bar is a hint to the traditional Tong Yuen dessert, a sweet black sesame caramel with a hint of cured tangerine peel (chenpi) to round off the flavour.


This bar brings a sweet and comforting bite. Perfect for cold winter days, to be shared with family and friends.


Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, sesame, cured tangerine

Black Sesame

  • Store in a cool dry place away from the light. Ideal temperature is 12-20 degrees. If some spotes or a white film appears on the bar, it is not mould, it is simply the cacao butter that comes at the surface of the bar due to changes of temperature and/or humidity. It is still perfectly delicious to eat.
