The new collection features a pistachio praline filling paired with a vibrant raspberry pâte de fruit core, all enrobed in our signature 64% single origin dark chocolate.
 
Rather than relying on sweetness, we achieve balance through the bright acidity of a fresh raspberry pâte de fruit core, which cuts cleanly through the aromatic richness of the roasted pistachio
 
Designed to be enjoyed alongside a home-brewed  cacao husk tea, this collection bridges the gap between traditional seasonal nostalgia and our own craft-focused, contemporary approach to chocolate.
 
Comes in an elegant blue and white coloured drawer style box and can choose to add a custom hand-written card, perfect for gifting.
