Indulge in a 90 minute exclusive masterclass with The Bottle Shop's mixologist Bryson Rivera. With more than a decade of experience in bartending, Bryson will walk you through a world of gin, tequila and whisky accompanied by a flight of cocktails specially tailored to work in its flavours with chocolate.

The chocolates are made by master chocolate makers from locally owned and rapidly expanding brand Conspiracy Chocolate. Giuseppe Zazzeron, is a flavour craftsman who will co-host the Masterclass, explaining the labour intensive process of handmade chocolate.

Savour the delicate flavours of cacao and spirits, as Giuseppe and Bryson take you through how to taste the beautifully pronounced flavours of handcrafted chocolate against the backdrop of artisanal cocktails.
