A passion project between a baker and a chocolate maker
 
Our Dark Milk Chocolate taking on a serious twist in collaboration with our good friends at Bakehouse.
 
To achieve this perfect creation, the Hokkaido Milk was malted before creating our dark milk chocolate, chunks of Heritage Sourdough Country Loaf freshly baked by Bakehouse were added to bring a rustic aroma and crunchy texture.
Together with a pinch of salt, this bar is balanced, malty and very cozy, like the iconic smell at our beloved brick wall bakery.
