The new collection features a pistachio praline filling paired with a vibrant raspberry pate-de-fruit core, all enrobed in our signature 64% single origin dark chocolate.

Rather than relying on sweetness, we achieve balance through the bright acidity of a fresh raspberry pate-de-fruit core, which cuts cleanly through the aromatic richness of the roasted pistachio
 
Designed to be enjoyed alongside a home-brewed  cacao husk tea, this collection bridges the gap between traditional seasonal nostalgia and our own craft-focused, contemporary approach to chocolate.
 
Comes in an elegant blue and white coloured drawer style box and can choose to add a custom hand-written card, perfect for gifting.

全新系列採用開心果果仁糖內餡，完美搭配酸甜誘人的紅桑子法式水果軟糖夾心，外層再裹上我們招牌的64%單一產地黑朱古力。
我們不依賴單純的甜度，而是透過新鮮紅桑子軟糖的明亮酸度來達到完美平衡，清爽地中和了烘焙開心果的濃郁香氣，層次分明。
此系列非常適合一邊品嚐，一邊配上一杯自家沖泡的可可殼茶（Cacao Husk Tea）。它完美橋接了傳統佳節的思鄉情懷，與我們對現代手工朱古力工藝的專注與追求。
