Conspiracy Chocolate has teamed up with the Whisky Library to offer a special chocolate and whisky pairing. This co-run event will bring you deep into the world of fine flavours; the marriage of the fine flavours of chocolate with the aged and carefully crafted flavour profile of some fine whiskys.
We will cover the whisky and chocolate making process, highlighting key steps of the craft before moving on to tasting and using our senses to identify some tasting notes. You will be tasting some carefully curated pairings;
Timorous Beastie (Meet the Beast limited edition) paired with maple pecans - matured in ex-bourbon barrels bringing fruity, oaky and spicy notes that match the sweet and smokey notes of the maple pecan chocolate. The maple syrup caramel brings toffee and warm notes while and the pecans add a crunchy explosion of nutty flavours
