The Whisky Library and Conspiracy Chocolate’s previous pairing events have been met with rave reviews, and this time we’re back with a brand-new line-up — ready to uncover even more flavourful possibilities with you!
This experience will feature four carefully selected scotch whiskies from independent bottlers (IB), paired with locally crafted, top-quality bean-to-bar artisanal chocolate. Each pairing has been thoughtfully curated to deliver a truly harmonious symphony of taste.
Guiding you through the evening will be Celine, the co-founder of Conspiracy Chocolate, alongside Hannah, The Whisky Library’s seasoned Whisky Librarian. Together, they’ll lead you on a journey into the fascinating world of whisky and handcrafted chocolate — exploring the magic of complementary and contrasting pairings that promise to delight your palate in unexpected ways. You’ll gain deeper insight into the character of each spirit and chocolate, and discover the subtle brilliance behind every match.
