Whisky & Chocolate Pairing Event

Join us for an intimate whisky and chocolate pairing event with chocolate makers Celine & Amit and whisky expert Hannah from the Whisky Library to try some unique bottles from Independent Bottlers and some fine chocolates handcrafted from bean-to-bar in Hong Kong. We have selected 3 whiskies and 3 chocolates that pair in either a complementary or contrasting way for an enhanced tasting experience!

This event is part of the Whisky Library and Conspiracy Chocolate concept store in ifc mall, a space where the world of whisky and chocolate come together. Both product celebrate a terroir, savoir-faire and the slow processing of high quality ingredients that result in small batch products with story and character.
