Our reinterpretation of the viral phenomenon, Dubai Chocolate!

 

These mooncakes reimagine the iconic pistachio-kadaif combination with a unique spin on its decadent flavours. Containing half the sugar and double the pistachio, it provides a perfect delight for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Using our ​75% single-origin stone-ground dark chocolate for the shell, we we filled it with the iconic pistachio and kadaif filling, adjusted to provide a deeper taste. Stone-grinding the pistachios brings out fresh explosive flavours.

 

Our Conspiracy twist brings in a bright ​raspberry jam that contrasts the pistachio for a light and clean balance.

The result is not only surprisingly light, but the complexity and balance allow us to pack this filling with pistachio, while delighting the tastebuds with Dubai’s famous flavour combination.
