100% cacao Single Origin dark chocolate from a single farm in Dak Lak, Vietnam. This bar promises a smooth, rich and full cacao experience in each bite. 

 

Our darker bars are dark but not bitter like the commercial chocolates you may find in the supermarkets. Since commercial chocolate needs to taste the same every time, they mix and burn the cacao beans while roasting so that the flavour is consistent. But this intense roast brings out all the bitterness of the cacao and kills the subtle notes, leaving you with an unpleasant bitter aftertaste and no substance. Our 100% will take you on a flavour journey with a front, middle and back note for a long lasting experience. 

 

The dark chocolates are enjoyed slightly differently than the sweeter ones, take a small piece and let it melt on the tongue to take in all the subtle notes and aromas.

 

The tasting notes are: spicy on the tongue, followed by some fruity and slightly acidic notes and a nutty finish. 

 

This bar is naturally keto-friendly as it does not contain any sugar.

  • Store in a cool dry place away from the light. Ideal temperature is 12-20 degrees. If some spotes or a white film appears on the bar, it is not mould, it is simply the cacao butter that comes at the surface of the bar due to changes of temperature and/or humidity. It is still perfectly delicious to eat.
